And now the reward's of my hard work, yes, the damaged goods!
Here are a few soda can's out of the many I have put a end to, as you can see the 1" diameter projectile hit some of the cans so hard that their ends were pulled inward. I havnt yet seen anyone else build a coilgun which could do so much damage as one of my own and this model used was only 600 Joules and has an average projectile velocity of 630ft/sec!!! Compare it to Sam Barros Coilgun's for example, he used upto 7000Joules!!! over 10 times the power level of my Thompson Coilgun and he cant even break the 500ft/sec mark using a projectile much, much smaller in diameter than mine which is 1".
