This is a older coilgun from the Thompson Coilguns I am concentrating my work on mainly now, I just did not get around to making a documentery on it. I used my most efficient coilgun Coil for this model where the coil was used for another Model with very simular capacitances. The main thing that makes this Model different from the others is the Joulage used. 15KJ untill recently was the largest Capacitor energy I had used. Allthough not very efficient the 15KJ coilgun is the fastest muzzle projectile speed model as of yet.
